    A friendly atmosphere with small hiccups

    The hotel had a beautiful lobby, and I was actually surprised by the fine decor. The receptionist spoke fluent English. The room was spacious, and the good air conditioning helped me stay comfortable .

    Unfortunately, the iron provided did not work, made getting ready for my outings a bit frustrating.

    well-appointed and fancy accommodation with excellent setting next to the airport and istanbul mall, turkey and the mall of istanbul. savoury, great breakfast for fruits & vegetables, had tasty food. exceptional service, parking below the hotel. not to mention reliable wifi!

    Thoroughly enjoyed its affable and welcoming staff.

    Couldn't recommend more this place and will come back. Well-appointed and fancy hotel overlooking city, we had a wonderful experience here. The breakfast was savoury and varied and the pool was good. The location was excellent, to the international terminal, in the relatively quiet area.

    Super clean, really good service, and great amenities made my stay nice, notably the cozy Superior King Room with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night and the excellent breakfast buffet that offered a good start each day along with convenient access to transportation just 16 km from the main attractions.

    Everything is what I need and want.

    The G Hotels Istanbul provided a spacious Superior King Room. The bed seemed like a cloud. I appreciated the wide selection at breakfast. Trying local delicacies was a treat. The restaurant served a range of delicious meals, and I enjoyed dining there. I faced some inconsistency with cleanliness. Initially, the sheets weren't quite fresh, disappointing. The staff were nice and eager to help, showing genuine hospitality. One major downside was the poor navigation to the hotel. There weren't many signs , made finding it challenging. I also noticed some noise from nearby maintenance work , a bit bothersome at times. Despite these issues, my stay was largely enjoyable thanks to the overall comfort and the attentiveness of the staff.

    Super comfy stay with great staff

    The staff were super nice. They even helped me out with some cool local tips. The breakfast was pretty good too! Only thing was, the room service was kinda slow sometimes, which wasn't ideal, especially with the busy mornings. But overall, it was a nice and cozy place for us to chill.
